This Assessment will include a collation of the child’s social and medical history as well as an assessment of the child’s ability to complete developmentally appropriate activities of daily living. It will also include an assessment of the child’s gross and fine motor skills and handwriting skills.

This assessment package will include everything listed in the initial Occupational Therapy Assessment as well as a Developmental Coordination Disorder questionnaire assessment, a Standardised Movement Assessment Battery Children -3 and a standardised Beery-Buktenica Developmental Test of Visual-Motor Integration
This appointment will be an opportunity to avail of a range of support options including home programmes, therapy sessions, goal setting appointment and goal review sessions.
